JOE IGNAZIO
 

Joe Ignazio is a highly respected football coach, husband, and father, with a proven track record of guiding athletes to success both on and off the field. As the current Assistant Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Canfield High School, Joe's leadership has been instrumental in developing strong, competitive teams. 

 

In 2022, Joe was part of the coaching staff that led Canfield High School to a State Championship. His coaching excellence was also recognized when he was named the 2017 Mahoning Valley Coaches Association Coach of the Year for football and the 2015 WKBN Big 22 Coach of the Year. During his tenure at Boardman, Joe achieved historic milestones, such as leading the team to its first home playoff win and first back-to-back playoff appearances.

In addition to these accomplishments, Joe has had the privilege of coaching several athletes who have gone on to compete at the NCAA and NFL levels, showcasing his ability to mentor elite-level talent.
